How quickly a year went. A small family gathering at the apartment saw Chloe in her birthday tutu. Thanks as always to Mum, Whitney and Jon for all the help beforehand.
Tiffany outdid herself with a Daisy cake covered with scores of handmade fondant daisies and Chloe-shaped sugar cookies.
